Heal the past, present and future now!

Through our offerings (Healing Futures, Unsent and Life Reviews) we strive to create a space where healing the past and envisioning the future come together. Our approach is grounded in the belief that creative expression—whether through music, storytelling, or reflective conversation—has the power to transform lives. By encouraging participants to share their stories and engage with others, we foster a community of connection, empathy, and growth. Together, we celebrate the resilience of the human spirit and the joy of being fully present in each moment.

Life Reviews

Led by Transition Doula Brittany Ballard, a Life Review Interview is a guided process for Older Adults (ages 50+) of looking back on your life to make sense of where you’ve been, what you’ve learned, and where you are going. Britt will ask you a series of questions from 3 parts of your life: childhood, adulthood, and older adulthood. At the end, she’ll ask you questions that encourage you to imagine what your future looks like. After the interview, you’ll receive an audio file and written transcript of your interview. Healing Futures

Led by Rap artist and Music Producer Old Man Saxon, Healing Futures is a transformative program that empowers youth to envision brighter futures through the creative power of hip-hop. Combining songwriting, performance, and personal reflection, participants explore the connections between music, media, and self-expression. Through guided workshops, young people develop critical thinking, emotional resilience, and confidence while crafting their own songs and sharing their voices with the world. Healing Futures is designed to inspire creativity, build community, and help youth discover their potential to shape their own positive narratives.
